Another easy to find, but not so easy to get to, sort of Geocache. The cache is just lying there by a native desert tree.
The desert tracks are always a challenge and this is no different. The track is mostly deep sand that might prove difficult for 2WD vehicles. We would recommend 4WD if available. Use your best judgement and be careful and have fun. Bring a friend.
Be aware of the usual suspects in the desert; things that bite, sting, scratch, poke, etc. Uneven ground can make secure footing a concern. Step carefully. Always a good idea to bring some water along.
The cache is on Arizona State Land Trust property and geocachers must purchase a recreation permit available on the Arizona State Land Department's website in order to geocache there. http://asld.secure.force.com/recreationalpermit.
