Quick clean up at Silver Seven dead end Cache In Trash Out® Event

Sadly, the trash at this dead end has been increasing since I placed a cache here recently and there have been several suggestions for a CITO. I'll bring garbage bags. Please bring your own gloves and grabbers as you see fit.  The area is small so we likely won't need much time.  No events are scheduled at the CTC so traffic should be normal.
