The cache IS LOCATED at the posted coordinates. You may find the cache and sign the log at any time, but you may not log is as found until you complete the required challenge. To do that, you must completely fill in your D/T grid twice. When you have done that and signed the log, you may log it as found. Please use stealth when looking for this cache, as the area can have some muggles around at times and people like to park in this area and eat lunch frequently.
Also, please replace the cache as found so the next cacher can enjoy the hunt.
