The listed coordinates are Otsuka Karuta Memorial Hall. The cache is not hidden at the listed coordinates.
Otsuka Karuta Memorial Hall was built by Hidefumi Ito, the second president of the All Japan Karuta Association, under the name "Ito Karuta Kaikan. It was later donated to Bunkyo Ward and used as a gathering facility for ward residents.
This hall is also famous as the setting of a manga about karuta called "Chihayafuru. As in the film, Meijin-ranked and Queen-ranked East Japan preliminary matches and challenger-deciding tournaments are held here.
In the entrance hall, wooden karuta playing cards and a collection of Hyakunin-Isshu Hyakunin Isshu (Hundred Poems by One Hundred Poets) from the Edo period are on display.

Silence is required when a karuta tournament is being held in the hall. Please be quiet when looking for numbers.

公開座標は文京区にある「かるた記念大塚会館」です。この場所にキャッシュはありません。
「かるた記念大塚会館」は全日本かるた協会の二代目会長だった伊藤秀文氏が「伊藤かるた会館」として建てたものです。その後、区に寄贈され、区民会館として利用されています。
この会館は「ちはやふる」というかるたをテーマとした漫画の舞台としても有名です。作中と同じく、名人位・クイーン位東日本予選、挑戦者決定戦はここで開催されています。
玄関ホールには木製のかるたや江戸時代からの百人一首も展示されています。
最終座標は、公開座標で数字を得て計算してください。
会館でかるたの大会が行われているときは静寂が必要です。数字を探す際は静かにお願いします。
