After an exciting journey of CITO's in Central Oregon, it’s time to reflect on a year of pulling barbed wire, picking up trash and planting pollinator plants. What an adventure it’s been in 2023!

At long last, the voyage we call “2023” is reaching the end of its CITO journey. This, our last CITO for 2023 begins after lunch at Mod Pizza.  We will talk about what happened in 2023 and what 2024 will bring.  At the end of lunch we will pick up construction trash around the area which was left over from the construction (on going).  Once we are finished here we encourage you to spend the day filling your bag wherever the wind takes you.

We will equip you with everything you need for a successful CITO.

If you have not earned your 2023 Season Two CITO souvenir, this will be your chance.

Cache In Trash Out® (CITO) is an environmental initiative the geocaching community supports. Since 2002, CITO has enabled geocachers to beautify and restore natural and urban spaces. In that time, there have been more than 599,000 logged attendances at nearly 33,000 events where geocachers helped improve the outdoors.

Actions often speak louder than words; from collecting trash to planting, pulling barbed wire, and all other kinds of CITO activities, when we CITO, we make our world a better place. We build community with our geocaching neighbors and leave our incredible geocaching gameboard better than how we found it.
