This cache in on the old railway between Barnstaple and Ilfracombe but only about a mile from town ,it is a lovely walk or bike ride by the side of the river Taw .(wheel chair friendly to the cache but alas not the cache ) there is a bus stop opposite the garden centre at the end of the duel carriage way (bus 21 or 21A ) where you can gain access to the railway line ,the cache is not far from there .
