"Ugh, where am I?" You think to yourself as you awake from your nap. You remember reaching down into the storm drain to retrieve your favorite Geocaching pen when you lost your footing and fell down head first into the dark abyss! Luckily, you were able to find your beloved pen, but you're definitely stuck down here. You soon realize that maybe the combination of the storm drains might be your way out! After crawling through the pipes under Morgantown, you discover a deflated red balloon with the following attached to it. Maybe it's your key to freedom?
