As Rufus perched on the pumpkin, he noticed something even more facinating - a skeleton hand reaching out from the ground, as if trying to escape its earthly prison. The Geocache Notification Form has been submitted to the Wisconsin DNR, Calvin Kunkle, Park Manager, Hoffman Hills Rec Area. Geocaches placed on Wisconsin Department of Natural Resource managed lands require permission by means of a notification form
