Hello, and welcome to my first ever geocache hide. It is at the listed coordinates, but you won't be able to sign the logbook without reading the listing and finding out what you need to do.
Although I was heavily involved with my 'Getting High with Dottie' series, and climbed to 62 high places, I wasn't allowed to chose any containers because apparently 62 bright pink geocaches would have been "uneconomical" and "poorly camoflaged". Unfortunately I am limited by my staff.
However, I have finally been allowed to place one myself and I have spent all the pocket money I have in the world on setting up this hide. Therefore I beg you to be really careful not to break it and re-hide it well, as I don't have enough pocket money left to replace it!
I have hidden all my pink treasures in a pink box at the listed coordinates so you can come and find it and sign my pink logbook. It is a letterbox hybrid, and contains a pink stamp, that must stay in the box.

It sounds really simple. So why have I listed it as a difficulty 4 then?
My pink things are very precious and I can't risk any dubious people coming and stealing my treasures. I've heard rumours of gangs of poodles in the area and so I've had to make this more secure than the average geocache.
I've hidden something closeby that you will need to get in the box and sign the logbook. Under geocaching rules, the logbook must be signed. You will need to read on to find out where to find this key item if you want to log your find.
I'm an expert pirate now, and I know how these things work. Starting at my treasure chest, you simply need to walk 1094 small dachshund paces on a bearing of 120.4 degrees. I'm not bothered about your human measurements, but it might interest you to know that it takes a small pink dachshund 13 paces to travel 1 foot (we only have small feet).
The treasure chest is not hard to find, it is at the listed coordinates, a regular sized box hidden under a large tree root. If you want to access what is inside, see my treasure and sign the logbook, you'll need to take 1094 small dachshund paces in the direction outlined above and look for something dangling in a small prickly guardian. This contains what you need, please be careful with it and return it to where you found it afterwards for the next person.
Please note the path down from the parking area can be a bit slippy, and it can be boggy in the area near my treasure, depending on how you approach. Poodles don't like mud or slopes so this is a good hiding place. Please take care, appropriate pink boots are recommended. This is reflected in the T rating. The D rating reflects the multiple aspects involved, although none of them individually are that hard.
Please replace everything carefully afterwards so others can enjoy finding the treasure. Small pink swaps only please. I hope you will enjoy finding my treasure chest and look forward to reading of your adventures.
