The cache is a small bison tube, hidden about 25 ft off the Bald Peaks Trail in Calero Park. The easier hike, however, is probably from the Rancho Canada del Oro entrance. Years ago I recall finding another cache very close to this spot, but it must have been archived. I decided it was worthy of another try, especially considering the nice "feature" I discovered here.
This cache is part of the WERDAVE 80 for 80 series, celebrating WERDAVE's birthday and his extensive contributions to cache-hiding, especially on trails around the Santa Clara Valley. All caches in the series were hidden in the Fall of 2023, in multiple parks, and by various geocaching friends of Dave.
