You are searching for a themed container located at Oceana Village Park, another small and hidden public city area just across from NAS Oceana, with the constant sound of freedom flying overhead. There's a large playground, gazebo, and plenty of mud tracks to play in from the locals with adult toys.
This park can be accessed from Riddle Road coming from Va Beach Blvd., or from Air Station Drive coming from POTTERs Road.
Performed some major CITO at GZ to hopefully make finding this one a breeze!
