Back in the autumn of 2019 the first London Calling related event was held - a screening of that year's Geocaching International Film Festival. Now with two Mega events under our belt, we're pleased to be putting on another GIFF event this year! We have a private area, and food and drink will be available for purchase from the bar. So come down and join us, watch this year's short films and get your GIFF souvenir on geocaching.com.
For the first time, we will be working together as a film festival judging panel at the end will we add up the results and announce the favourite film of the London jury!
As the screening is an hour long, we will have ample time before and after to chat all things geocaching, exchange trackables/travelbugs and stories and all that stuff. The event itself starts at midday, but we anticipate beginning the screening at 1 p.m., with the event finishing at 2:30 p.m. We will be running a small fundraising raffle, in which we'll be offering some GIFF coins as prizes. That raffle will be drawn after the screening.
