The trailhead waypoint is for the turn-off from 97 South for the forest road. The letterbox is not at the posted coords, although it is very close from there. Next, find the corner of this cabin that is closest to our 49th state. Now travel for forty-nine paces at a 49º degree angle, as would the crow, from said corner towards that last frontier state
