Since the caches in Tianjin are mostly "traditional caches", I decided to introduce "letterbox hybrid caches" as a new cache type into the city. Letterbox hybrid caches usually need a bit more time, since the cache is not hidden on the posted coordinates (at least most of the time)! Instead the user mostly needs to follow some clues and instructions to get to the final location in most cases. Also the final is different to a usual final, since it contains a specific rubber stamp and the user has to use his own rubber stamp for signing the logbook.
To find this letterbox hybrid caches please follow these instructions. To make it a bit more difficult, the corresponding pictures have been taken at night and since we know "at night, all cats are grey"!
1. Go to the posted coordinates.
2. Follow the way along the canal until you see a manhole for the canalisation on the left side of the way, then continue to walk straight.
3. After some meters, you will find a bridge on the right side of the way. Stop here and perform a bearing with 28m and 351°. (This can be done e.g. using c:geo if you add a new waypoint.)
4. Search for the final.
