We like to hide caches that can be found easily.... but when they are this small they can get hidden too hard. So please leave the top of the cache showing. Not the whole thing or it would blow away. Use a bit of ground cover to hold in place. We will rate it a 4 just in case. Parking is much easier than it may look as there is a parking area close by.
You're looking for what we use to call a paint pod. We put them in the GeoBox for containers to be hidden years ago. Thought it was time to place some.
