長野県木曽郡大桑村にある阿寺川が流れる渓谷。
阿寺ブルーと呼ばれる澄んだ青い清流は光の反射によってはエメラルドクリーンにも見え川底が見えるほどの透明度です。
阿寺渓谷の一般人が立ち入ることのできる最奥部に阿寺渓谷キャンプ場があります。美顔水と呼ばれる湧き水もありますので、洗顔して美男美女になっちゃって下さい。
渓谷入口からほぼ1.5車線道路で途中普通車でもすれ違えない箇所もあります。ほぼ携帯電話県外です。
一年通して入場可能ですが夏季は車両規制があり、冬季は雪のため行ないほうが良いと思います。

The clear blue stream called Atera Blue looks like emerald depending on the reflection of light, and is so transparent that you can see the riverbed.
The Atera Valley Campground is located at the deepest part of the Atera Valley that is accessible to the general public. There is also spring water called Bi-kaansui, so please wash your face and become beautiful.
The road is approximately 1.5 lanes from the entrance of the gorge, and there are some places along the way where even regular cars can't pass each other. Almost all mobile phones are outside the prefecture.
Although it is possible to enter throughout the year, there are vehicle restrictions in the summer, and it is better to go in the winter due to the snow.
