How to play:
Download the Adventure Lab app on the App Store to get started. Once installed on your phone, you can locate this Adventure Lab on the map - the starting checkpoint is also located at the current coordinates. Through the various stages, you will discover five virtual locations that tell the story of Vanishing Trades of Chinatown.
About this Adventure Lab:
The streets of Chinatown were once crammed with street vendors and roadside stalls peddling an assortment of goods and services. These ‘five-foot-way’ trades (since most were conducted along shophouse walkways that were five feet wide) required minimal financial outlay and equipment to set up. Sadly, the demise of these trades were inevitable with Singapore’s rapid urbanisation.
This AL will bring you on a walking trail around Chinatown, paying homage to disappearing trades that did not survive the march of time. Like the AL "Historic Chinatown", some of the murals are painted by Singaporean artist Yip Yew Chong, depicting stories of the area and its people from his memories growing up here.

The final location of this bonus cache will be presented to you in the journal entries you will unlock at each of the 5 checkpoints. On the cache, please be careful when retrieving and replacing the container. Practice stealth as there may be muggles watching you from a distance, and return the cache securely once you have signed.
