We took several trips by train in Ireland recently. The PA announcements en route to announce upcoming stations, etc, are given first in Gaelic and second in English. The Gaelic one usually ends in a phrase which sounds just like "neither here nor there". From the English announcement we inferred it may be part of a phrase containing "Iarnród Eiréann" (Irish Rail). Now, when I see a train or cross a railway track, the phrase "neither here nor there" is liable to pop into my head. Which is what happened when I initially placed this cache, so there you are. (However, when I submitted the cache for review, it was pointed out that the cache was too close to the railway track, so I moved it. So, it's not there, but here.)
