This is a mystery cache, so there is no container hidden at the given coordinates.
The third addition to my Eagle Eye mini-series brings you to Washington D.C.! I have long been pondering about this, as I love maps, I love looking up places and I found out that the fancy modern satellite images easily available through many mapmaking companies out there provide a fascinating view of the world from above.
The screenshots were obtained from google maps, which you might need to identify them, unless you can fly a drone above the city and do the detective work in the field, which would probably get you in some level of trouble with the authorities considering th location. You need to identify the building. I picked buildings that are particular, interesting and their name is unique and not very likely to change in the future. The level of zoom varies. They are located anywhere within the city's limits. It's not meant to be ambiguous nor extremely difficult - in case of ambiguity, I used the short/easy name. Look for hints in the listing, if you can't find them, check the actual hint section. If you're having trouble identifying some or you think there are different names, please let me know.
To obtain the cache coordinates: Use the entire name of each building/structure, as shown on google maps, get the word value (digital root) and match it to the coords template below. Entering the correct solution into the certitude will reveal the location of the geocache. The cache is hidden in one of Arlington County Parks, which means no night caching.
