The Ogre of Central Park roams the edges of Lake Bennet late at night. He often will hide behind the weeping willows that line the shores. Here he has placed a cache to hide his treasures. be sure to use stealth so that the numerous bikers and hikers don't find his spot. Feel free to trade a small treasure as the Ogre loves to check on new prizes.
