This geocache was placed in conjunction with the "Have Wheels, Will Cache" event.
The event was an effort to educate people about the challenges of geocaching while in a wheelchair. In addition to the discussion, there was a "Fun Roll" where participants could find several examples of geocache hides that were (or were not) accessible to a person sitting in a wheelchair.
When I hid this geocache, I was sitting in a borrowed wheelchair, with at least two wheels on the sidewalk.
