For this Bonus Geocache you will need to collect the numbers in the physical geocaches which makes up the DT 81 Grid Series, place them into the grid below, and complete the puzzle.

We've designed it so that you can solve this puzzle with a reasonable percentage of the series, but you do not need to find all 81 to complete this bonus. We do not believe this reduces the challenge but ensures this cache can be found in all seasons by most geocachers.

The cache is a 2L snaplock container wedged in place. Please ensure you place it back after carefully so it does not fall out.

For the coordinates to the final, you need, in order:

  • The arithmetic mean of Column G and Row ζ
  • The sum of Column D and Row α, minus Row η
  • The second, third, and fifth digits after the decimal point of the quadratic mean of Columns D, H, and J, and Rows γ, θ, and μ
  • The absolute value of the difference between Columns C and F
  • Cell Bβ minus cell Jδ
  • The concatenation of cell Cθ and cell Kμ
  • The sum of all the values of the convolution of:
    • The only row or column to contain all digits 1-9, and
    • The only row with a Greek letter not mentioned in any of these clues
Minus the nth prime number, where n is the three-digit number found in Column C, rows ζ to γ (yes, going upwards).

Author's note: you do not need to be a mathematical genius to figure all these out, or even know what the operations all are. The author completed all of these calculations using readily available online calculators and a spreadsheet. Just follow them all carefully.
