I did it again. I hid another cache, and I can't remember where I put it. I know that I hid it in one of Chino Valley's Parks. I've included waypoints of 3 parks in the area to help you with your search. All I can seem to remember about the placement of this cache is a strange interaction I had shortly after hiding it. It almost seemed like a dream:
There was a man walking his pet cat. He was quite friendly, and so was the cat. He walked right up to me, introduced himself as Brian and told me that his cat's name was 'Butterfly.' "When I brought her home, the first thing she did was run straight to the backyard. I tried to follow her out there, but she had disappeared. Frantic, I quickly searched for her. I veered the corner of the picket fence into the garden and I found her rolling around on the ground, playfully batting at several butterflies," recalled Brian. "So the name just stuck! She's been chasing butterflies ever since, " said Brian, "My sweet little Butters." Brian reached down and patted Butters on the head.
I was so distracted by a man walking his cat that I forgot to take down the coordinates for the cache. I drove off thinking about Brian and his cat. It wasn't until I had gotten home, that I remembered I had placed a cache.
I'm sure the story has something to do with where the cache is hidden. Chino doesn't have very many parks, so that should help you narrow down where to look quite quickly. Also, the story won't help you unless you find out which park to go to. There is nothing at the posted coordinates, please don't go there!
