Quick pull over, or drive into a small gravel turn-around lot off of NE Silva Valley Parkway, right after the transition from it being White Rock Road, and where the US 50 East bound off ramp takes you.
Drive slowly as you approach, as the "driveway" for the gravel turnaround lot is not marked, except for the green gate that is usually wide open
PLEASE NOTE: When leaving, be extremely careful as to your vehicle's orientation to the Parkway, and aware of traffic entering Silva Valley Parkway from US 50. If you pulled into the turn-around you MUST turn right as you exit onto Silva Valley Parkway (there are no signs to inform you of the "one-way" situation).
