Geocache Description:

This is our first cache and Mr 8 is very excited about it.  There was a cache in this general area at some stage we understand but it appears to be gone so we thought we would begin to populate this area with a few new ones.

There is a small but fun playground at this reserve with a big underulilised field behind.  There is a shiny new bridge going over a river, keep a look out as there is often quite a few native bird to spot here. This cache is hidden inside the native planting around the edges of the field. Please watch where you are walking so as not to tread on any new saplings that are sprounting but there is alot of space.  The field can be quite soggy in the wetter months so wellys might be needed.

To access this reserve there are two routes - the most clear one is via Withers Rd and there is a path to it from Kashmir Rd also (enterance oppisite Tagor Street)

There is a bus stop near by also - if your coming from Henderson its stop 5031 and if your coming from New Lynn its 5024.
