The Wilder Clubhouse and Library that you are visiting today is a historic building containing an auditorium, with a preserved painted theater curtain from the 1940s, and a Library among its five rooms.
This Library is associated with the larger Quechee Library in Quechee Vermont. All patrons of this Library are invited to enjoy the resources of the larger Quechee Library by visiting there or by asking that materials be brought to the Wilder Clubhouse and Library. Browsing the catalogs of both sites’ collections is easily done on the two public access computers.

In order to find out the Final location of this geocache, you will need to gather 8 digits/letters of information as follows from the 2 Stages of this Multi.
Stage 1: It is on the Fern street side of the building. You need to find the following 5 digits.
1. # of door hinges on the street level door on the left minus 3
2. # of steps leading to the 2nd story door on the side (including the landing at the top) minus 7
3. 2nd digit in the date in the cement plaque on the wall
4. # of curved panes on top minus the # of non -curved panes on the bottom on the largest window
5. # tall chimneys you see while standing at the side of the building
Stage 2: The Wilder War Memorial Plaque is on the Front Lawn of the Building. You need to find the following 3 letters from the text on it.
6. 1st letter in the First word on the plaque
7. 1st letter in the Last word on the plaque
8. 3rd letter in the 3rd word on the last line of the plaque
You are now ready to go up the steps and inside the building to search for the cache.
For the use of anyone who is mobility impaired, there is a lift inside the white street level door on the right on the Fern Street side of the building for your convenience. The door to the lift is unlocked during Library hours and pushing the button on the the left of the door will bring the lift down to street level.
