Baffling 😮 💨 ?

Do NOT take a boat or anything else to the posted coords- it's NOT there!

Several Red Herrings had very little common sense. They were always very impulsive and did things on a moment's notice without much planning. When one of them suggested they hide a cache, the others agreed even before they had any idea where. So they headed to the nearest wooded area and entered by a sign which read "YouthCamp4.QuietMeditation-Water47". Even though this sign mentioned water, it was quite baffling as there was no water where they hid it! BUT, they hid their cache anyway. Of course they were so impetuous that they had forgotten to bring anything to map coords. So they just figured that this code would suffice:

tumblers
reminds
