The coordinates take you to the High Street where there is free 1 hour car parking close to the some of my Saunter Around Stonehouse adventure labs. You can walk to them all from here.

You will need to complete my A Saunter Around Stonehouse Adventure Lab, the information you will need to work out the final coordinates will be revealed after completing all stages.
