The United States Army Air Forces Memorial is a point of great historical importance and interest.
It is visited by many people who have an interest in history or have connections with the aviators who were involved in the Flying Fortess missions for the 388 Bomb group during the Second World War.
We love this memorial because it has been placed here with respect for all who were involved in helping to protect the beautiful area around Coney Weston.
