Finally! I have been working with Saanich Parks to get an Ivy pulling CITO in this lovely neighbourhood park. Today I finally got some dates that will work and I am 11 hours and 40 minutes too late for my first date option (ggahhhh) so am jumping on this one.
We will be pulling ivy in the old growth section to start; watching out for native plants as we do.
Of course there will be cookies, maybe even date ones if time allows. Please bring whatever you think you might need to survive. Gloves, water, rainjacket, a song in your heart, smiles.
There are a few entrances to this park so I didn't put a trailhead. I feel confident that cachers can figure that part out on your own. The area we are working in is closest to the open area off of Worthington however there is also parking on Cordova Bay Rd.
