Geocache Description:

The Dulaney's Valley & Sweet Air Turnpike once followed the general direction you might travel to get to GZ.  The Turnpike connected Towson to Knoebel, a small settlement where Dulaney Valley Road and Manor road intersect today.  You could also approach from the water in a watercraft.

There is a nice view of this area of the reservoir from here.  In the far distance is the Loch Raven Drive bridge over the water, about 1.25 miles away.  The terrain near GZ will vary depending on recent precipitation.  When I placed the container I could easily walk along the slightly muddy shore to get to the hide.  If we get some steady rain for a for a month or so, or a snowstorm, the water might rise enough to make access an adventure.    Because of the unpredictable water levels, I gave this a T4 rating.

The owners of the dining establishment at the intersection frown on people parking there, so please don't.  The walk to GZ is not unpleasant this time of year, but might be in summer.

Area to and from GZ is not open for hunting, but it can't hurt to make sure you are visible anyway.  Here is a bow-hunting map for the watershed area.

Container is hidden in a manner that should keep it secure in its hiding place.  Please rehide as found.  The container is from a long-ago archived cache that was in Harford County.

Congratulations to  Sjmack56  for FTF!
