The Lachlainn Lab and I like to walk in a lot of different places and, one day when we were in Rockland, we discovered this nice little forest in the middle of a subdivision full of houses. It seemed to us that this was a great place to poke around and, maybe, a place where we might find some owls if we looked at the right time.
We haven’t spotted any owls yet, but we come back here once in a while and keep our eyes (and ears!) open.
