Percorso 1 Novaglio (verde): percorso molto bello, circa 3 km, poche salite, consigliato in tutte le stagioni, conduce attraverso bellissimi borghi antichi fino alla chiesa di S. Agata a Novaglio, facilmente collegabile con il percorso 3
Percorso 3 Dumera & Capella di Bansc (blu): ottimo percorso attraverso la foresta e nell'antico villaggio di Dumera, discesa molto ripida, solo con buone scarpe o ritorno via Dumera, può essere collegato al percorso 1
Percorso 4 Gonte & Cadessino: bello, giro più piccolo, max 1 ora, qualche piccolo tratto ripido, consigliate scarpe comode

Wir empfehlen:
Route 1 Novaglio (grün): sehr schöne Route, ca. 3km, wenige Steigungen, zu allen Jahreszeiten zu empfehlen, führt durch schöne alte Dörfer bis zur Kirche St. Agata in Novaglio, kann gut mit Route 3 verbunden werden
Route 3 Dumera & Capella di Bansc (blau): tolle Route durch den Wald und in das sehr alte Dorf Dumera, Abstieg sehr steil, nur mit gutem Schuhwerk oder über Dumera zurück, kann mit Route 1 verbunden werden
Route 4 Gonte & Cadessino: schöne kleinere Runde, max. 1 Stunde, ein paar kleine steile Stücke sind dabei, gute Schuhe empfohlen

Route 1 Novaglio (green): very nice route, approx. 3km, few climbs, recommended in all seasons, leads through beautiful old villages to the church of St. Agata in Novaglio, can be easily connected with route 3
Route 3 Dumera & Capella di Bansc (blue): great route through the forest and into the very old village of Dumera, descent very steep, only with good shoes or back via Dumera, can be connected to route 1
Route 4 Gonte & Cadessino: nice smaller round, max. 1 hour, there are a few small steep sections, good shoes recommended
