The Nature Conservation Centre is a beautiful day-use area created by Camrose County in 2010 in the former Blatz Gravel Pit.
This is a great place to watch birds, go for a walk, canoe, or even scuba dive. The pond is annually stocked with Rainbow and Tiger Trout and is a busy place for fishermen in the summer and winter. The picnic area has a gazebo, fire pits, playground, and washroom facilities.
