It seems one can find Random Cabinet Art in all sorts of places, there are even a couple of unique cabinets here in Aniseed Valley. The cache is not in, on, between, under or near the cabinets but you do need to visit them and admire the artwork.

Where A = number of bridges on the front of the cabinets
B = number of words in the painting
C = number of red cars
D = number of trees facing the road in the RDBR row
E = number of headlights
Check: A + B + A = 5 C + D + E = 14
