Welcome to the "The 12 Days of Cachemas," a cache series running from December 25 to January 5 modeled after a familiar Christmas song. Starting on December 25th, one new cache in this series will be released each day, until the song is complete. Each cache in this series will contain a clue. River City Sportsplex is a Chesterfield County gem, near Rt. 288. Since the county owns it, the plumbing is done by county employees. Today the plumbers are waiting for some parts to arrive, so they took a scrap of pipe, a pill container and a recyclable item from their lunch boxes and decided to make something fun to pass the time. The game is easier than it looks!... No caching after dark, and please put the cache back exactly as you found it.
We checked on this one today and placed a replacement cache. Please hide it BEHIND the large tree. There is construction going on just feet away from the cache and we found it out in the open today. Happy caching!
