Now is the time to come together and celebrate both the holidays and Geocaching! Connect with friends whom you saw last week, or six months ago! Discuss your holiday happenings, year of caching, and hopes and goals for 2024. Discover and discuss unique Trackables!
Plan to come and have a good time! Stay for half an hour, or the whole event! Everyone is welcome!
Parking and Event Access
Unfortunately, the senior center's parking lot is closed for construction. There is plentiful street parking near the Senior Center. The center has ADA ramps and an elevator. Our group will be in the main hall. There are 3 ADA spots in front of the center and one more along the street.
PLEASE DO NOT SHOW UP BEFORE 2:30PM AS WE NEED TIME TO SET UP!!! DOORS DO NOT OPEN UNTIL 2:30PM. THERE ARE LOTS OF GEOCACHES AND ADVENTURE LABS IN THE SURROUNDING AREA FOR YOU TO FIND! 
Volunteers
We would appreciate the help of a few people to help us run this event. Shifts are:
- 1 - 2:30pm: Set Up (Set up tables & chairs, decorate, etc.)
- 2:30 - 5:30pm: During Event (Flexible Times): (Cleaning, potluck monitoring, kid's corner, etc.)
- 5:30 - 6pm: Clean Up: (Wipe down tables, put away tables & chairs, clean up potluck, take down decorations, throw away trash, etc.)

Event Activities
The 12 Caches of Christmas (Cache series)
Seek out each of the 12 caches of Christmas in and around Carnation to get a prize! A five-stage Adventure Lab will also be required to complete the passport. The passport must be printed at home and be completed upon arrival at the event. Caches will begin publishing anytime. The Adventure Lab and Adventure Lab Bonus Cache will be published on the day of the event.

Potluck Information
Please bring an item for the potluck! Please list your item in your "Will Attend" log so we can add it to the list. Homemade recipes are encouraged! Make sure to make note of any food allergies.
The venue has outlets and we will be bringing ice chests. The kitchen will not be available for food prep or storage.

If you would like to participate, please bring a wrapped gift valued at around $10. Please theme the gift around Geocaching.
Kid's Corner
We will have a special section that is just for kids; with games, activities and prizes! Decorate wooden birdhouses and cars, draw on the tablecloth and decorate cookies!
Trackable Table
Make sure to stop by the Trackable Table to drop off and pick up Trackables!
2023 WSGA Geocaches of the Month
Twelve caches will be chosen for WSGA's 2023 Caches of the Month. The caches will be representing the month they were hidden in. Caches must be hidden in Washington State. The winning cache owners will win a certificate. Caches will be voted on based on their favorite points. The cache with the most favorite points wins. The cache owner DOES NOT have to be a WSGA member or present to win.
General and WSGA Member Raffle
We have a few items to raffle off near the end of the event. In addition, bring your current WSGA member badge to be entered into a special raffle. Must be present to win. If you would like to donate an item to the raffle, please message cacheingcants or Winos_Seattle. BRING YOUR BADGE TO BE ENTERED INTO THE WSGA MEMBER RAFFLE!!!
Event Merchandise
We will be producing a special Trackable item which will be available for purchase exclusively at this event! We will have some of our new WSGA items available for purchase just in time for the holidays! We will bring along some of our older WSGA merchandise as well.
