Geocache Description:

This geocache is part of a series along a section of the Meridian trail. The caches can be done individually or as part of the trail. There is usually space to park on Herontye Drive or Stuart Way. There is also paid parking outside Chequer Mead. This cache involves a little bit of scrambling up the bank, the roots make good footholds but please be careful as it can be slippery when wet. This is a small black box. This cache also contains a trackable that would like to visit other towns, villages and cities along the prime meridian.

The meridian trail is a long distance path that closely follows the Prime Meridian, the line that separates East & West and determines time zones. The meridian trail starts in Peacehaven and finishes at Kingston-upon-Hull.
