This is a two-part MultiCache. Both stages are fairly close to one another.
You will need to use your smart phone's camera at part one to reveal the coords of the final. This is been tested on both my wife's Apple phone and on my Android (Pixel) phone. This may be the quickest solve ever, once you find part one.
The terrain varies from a 2.0 to a 3.0, depending on what time of the year you try to find it. When wet, it will be more in the 3.0 range.
Replaced stage one today - the original epoxy did not hold (I think it was old), so I re-designed it with one that should be better. Visible from the right angle. If it goes missing, the old one can be found 65' to the east. Please let me know if it goes missing.
