Lietuvos mokyklos - tai Lietuvos mokyklose veikiančių jaunųjų miško bičiulių naujas projektas, kurio tikslas – skatinti vaikų smalsumą, plėsti gamtos ir navigacijos žinias. Taip pat populiarinti geocaching žaidimą tarp mokinių ir mokytojų, išmokyti mokytojus pasinaudoti geocaching sistemos galimybėmis ugdymo procese.
Lithuanian schools is a new project of young forest buddies of Lithuanian schools, the purpose is to stimulate children's curiosity, expand knowledge of nature and navigation. Also popularize the game of geocaching among childrens and teachers, teach teachers to use the opportunities of the geocaching system in the educational process.

Mokykla atidaryta 1981 m. Pirmaisiais mokslo metais mokėsi 891 mokinys, dirbo 46 mokytojai. 1995 m. mokykla tapo šalies iniciatyvių mokyklų klubo nare. 1997 m. mokykla pavadinta Jonavos krašto knygnešio, karininko Justino Vareikio (1870–1956) vardu. 2001 m. reorganizuota į pagrindinę mokyklą. Nuo 2013 m. progimnazija.
2001 m. renovuotas mokyklos pastatas, 2011 m. mokyklos stadionas.

The school was opened in 1981. In the first school year, 891 students studied, 46 teachers worked. in 1995 the school became a member of the club of proactive schools in the country. in 1997 the school is named after the bookseller of the Jonava region, officer Justinas Vareikis (1870–1956). in 2001 reorganized into a primary school. Since 2013 high school
in 2001 renovated school building, 2011 school stadium.
