This collection of caches has nothing to do with the Church Micro series in the UK. Given that the Australian 2021 census indicates that No Religion and Jedi Knight are still the fastest increasing classifications of the optional religion question "What is the person's religion?" it is not surprising that there is surfeit of empty churches that have been repurposed.
The St Thomas' Anglican Church was opened in 1887, and closed on 29/10/2005. The building is now a private residence.
Collect the following information at the posted coordinates from the large plaque on the front of the building (noting that there is no need to enter the private property premises):
AB = Day of the wife's death; and
CDEF = Year of the wife's death.
Use these numbers to calculate the final location of the geocache:
S 25° 31.(B-3)(A+E)(D-F)' E 152° 41.(C+E)B(A+1)'
Decimal minutes checksum = 33.
Note: Geocaching mathematics, so treat each bracketed operation to produce a single-digit separately.
Maintenance is to be performed by Liz and Bruce.
