I was amazed when I saw the scale and solidity of the newly completed stairs and boardwalk, from the Community Centre and the War Memorial Hall, down to Park Road !
What a great endeavour .
You can usually get a park in the carpark...but maybe not when it is the Monthly Market Day or another Big Event . Lot's of Functions are held at the Main Hall.
There is a great Library here too. Closed on Sundays though.
To find the cache you do not need to walk down all the Steps to Park road...But I suggest you experience it .
The cache can be found at the back of the Memorial Hall where there is a wee garden with lovely arty statues .
It is not on the statues or in the actual garden....
It is above head height and is magnetic Size of a mint tin .Look up anf feel .
