Yesterday, I was walking along a random pedestrian crossing. On my way across, I stumbled across a weird piece of paper in the middle of the road. Unfortunately, it wasn’t a winning lottery ticket, or something like that. The paper instead held the ramblings of a mad man (or so I presume). Under the waffle was also a short sentence, no clue what that is either. Being the idiot that I am, I decided to cart it off to smarter people to figure out. Easily, they solved it, and made me feel more stupid than I already am.
Can you figure it out?
