Banks of the Mighty Nashoba
Morrison Farm Cache #3
Ok, so Nashoba Brook is by no means mighty and technically this cache is by Ice House Pond but Nirvana’s From the Muddy Banks of the Wishkah was on my desk as I wrote this and that’s the very short story of how this cache got its name.
This hide location was not difficult to access in late Fall but summer vegetation growth could make it more challenging.
The water level near this cache ebbs and flows seasonally so it is secured to prevent it from floating away. The cache is Crusty™ but easy enough to spot.
Please take note of the position of the cache container before retrieving it and be sure to return the container to it's original hiding location in order to maintain the intended level of concealment. Also, I would appreciate feedback on the condition of my containers. Each one is an experiment to make them more durable, watertight and inconspicuous. Thank you!
