Come out to a quick meet & greet at the Giant Clock of Phnom Penh (នាឡិកា ធំសួនវត្តភ្នំ). We'll be holding a logbook and have TBs to trade.

Just in case anyone is confused about where this clock is located, it's at the base (but still within the grounds), of Wat Phnom.
From the main stairs going up to the temple, walk to the left about halfway around and you'll see the clock set on a small hill.
