It is the holiday season, and we need to have some fun. Let's get together, play some reindeer games and eat.
Where: Ada Public Library, 320 N Main St, Ada, OH 45810
When: Sunday, December 10, 2023, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. (if you want to help decorate and set up, come at 12:30)
SCHEDULE
1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Arrive, register, Eat and be Merry!
2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Reindeer Games!!
4:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. Door Prizes (Volunteers to help clean up room)
4:30 p.m. ... Maybe a fun bonus cache in the Ada area!

Bring a fun and tasty dish to share! Please note what you are bringing in your "Will Attend". If you don't know at this exact moment, put in a catagory... you know... like Desert or Main Dish, vegetables, or drinks... you get it, right? Please update your WILL ATTENDs when you do decide what you are planning to bring so others can plan accordingly. (IF you plan to bring a MAIN DISH, please try to arrive at 1:00 p.m. or sooner if possible)
Geocachers are not REQUIRED to eat or bring food, but most do!
WE WILL PROVIDE:
Plates, cups, cutlery, napkins and punch. We will have power strips available for crock pots, hot plates, etc to be plugged in.
Now for the Reindeer Games:
If you would like to participate in a white elephant exchange, please bring a wrapped gift. It can be a slightly used something, or an inexpensive Dollar Store trinket, or YOU can go really big and make it worth a million dollars if you want! All reindeers should think about being dressed for the event. Ugly Christmas Sweaters are very welcome and encouraged .... hint, hint, hint (there may be prizes!) We will also be providing some more fun reindeer games... but we are not going to tell you what they are because you will think they are really lame and not come. So... they are really cool and you will have a BLAST!
Okay, Here is the rundown:
1. PLEEEASE Post your WILL ATTEND! Note what you are going to bring for the EAT portion of our event IF you are going to participate in that.
2. Bring a wrapped gift for a gift exchange IF you want to participate in that.
3. Come prepared to run a marathon… no wait (ok, only mccombref has to do that!)… do come prepared to have lots of fun and play some fun reindeer games!
4. There will be door prizes for many lucky attendees!
