Decided to place some new West Auckland Caches in the Titirangi area !
Found a few tracks I don't remember seeing years ago when I was in the Titirangi Walking Group.
This is a gentle walk... starting on South Titirangi Rd near Arama Road. It continues to a lower part of South Titirangi Road .
You could even get a bus here; ! think it is the 170 ,and there is one every hour according to the bus driver I spoke to...
Parking is a bit tricky .
No need to leave the boardwalk....or enter the bush .
Cache has been placed maybe halfway down .
It is on the left going down.
Look for a tree with very flakey bark.
Tucked into a natural hidey hole at base of tree and covered with natural camo . A tube with tape on it ... No room for toys or TBs...
