This is an ordinary library cache. Nothing special.
There is a container outside which contains the hint for finding the final cache container. The final cache container with the log is inside the library.
Be sure to say hello to the friendly staff who will greet you as you enter.
Stage 1 is accessible from the parking lot side of the fence. It will tell you where to go in the library for Stage 2.
Limited parking is available behind the library and will put you closer to earning your smiley. Otherwise you can usually find parking on the street in front of the buiiding.
