At any time of year you'll see fishermen (and fisherwomen) lining the banks of the Holland River in this area. If you're feeling lucky, bring your pole and try your luck.

About the container; I haven't found a cache of this variety anywhere locally, but came across one like it while I was caching in Europe earlier this year. Apparently, this type of containter is popular in Japan.
