  N 38° 32.DD9  W 000° 30.ABC

COMPROBADOR DE COORDENADAS FINALES

https://geocheck.org/geo_inputchkcoord.php?gid=6421543dbde5169-e9e2-4d47-bd67-ea0ae19401ff

ETAPA A  -  TERESETA VOLEU-ME

Voleu-me = quiéreme

ETAPA D -  PASAJE MORO TRAIDOR

FINAL COORDINATES CHECKER

http://geocheck.org/geo_inputchkcoord.php?gid=6421543dbde5169-e9e2-4d47-bd67-ea0ae19401ff

STAGE A - TERESETA VOLEU-ME

Voleu-me = love me

Tereseta used to walk down the street and constantly repeat to everyone who crossed her: “voleu-me, voleu-me.”

In 2013, the City Council installed a bronze statue dedicated to Tereseta in tribute to people suffering from some type of mental illness, and their need for attention and affection.

HINT A: What does Tereseta carry in her carrycot?

1-Candy 2-Lemons

3-Nothing 4-Your purse and chard

STAGE B - THE PRISON

“The prisoner's placeta” receives this name because the prison was located there.

This was until 1904 because in the same square was the City Hall and in its basement the jail of the judicial district.

The mural is inspired by a photograph published in 1915 in which the southern area of Avenida de la Constitución and the square with the fountain that is now in front of the "Teatret" can be seen.

HINT:  next to the signature on the mural, there are two numbers that you have add together

STAGE C - ABBEY HOUSE

Although it may not seem like it, you are in front of a rammed earth tower from the Middle Ages that corresponds to the Church of Santa María.

If you look about two meters above the ground there is an inscription “@ny1601”. In that year the Abadía house would be renovated

And the arroba? Well... modern as were the Jijonencos of the time.

Right next door you can see the remains of the Abbey house, which was the home of the parish clergy and where a beautiful 17th-18th century floor made of pebbles is preserved.

CLUE C: How many benches does the patio of the Abadía house have? SUBTRACK  ONE 1 =  C

STAGE D - TRAITOR MORO PASSAGE

Every August in Xixona and during the third day of the Moors and Christians festival, the Summary Trial of the Traitor Moor is celebrated.

It was in 1919 when Ximo Cremades Picó, Jijonenco and Moro Groc, decided to change sides to be part of the Els Contrabandistes row, a fact that provoked ridicule and criticism from his friends.

Since then, every Monday of celebrations, the story is staged in which the Moor falls in love with the Christian-smuggler, betraying his people by revealing the secret entrance to the Villa de Jijona, with which the Christian troops assault him.

Captured by his co-religionists, he is taken tied up to the festive Castle, where he is ruthlessly tried and sentenced to death. The staging continues with the funeral in which all the ranks participate.

The coordinates of key D have brought you to a mural where the passages of the Traitor Moor are staged.

The traitor Moor is distinguished from the rest by his blue-striped djellaba and his red fez.

KEY D How many times does the Traitor Moor appear in the mural?
